The
mission of the VVS Amigos is to support Verde Valley School and to
provide services, facilitate activities, and foster communication
between the Verde Valley School and its alumni and friends.
WELCOME AMIGOS!
The
Amigos is an association created by alumni and friends of VVS at the
request of the VVS Board of Trustees. Membership is open to all who
attended Verde Valley School, past and present staff, and friends who
are interested in advancing the school and bringing the VVS community
closer together.
We believe that strong relationships among
VVS friends and alumni make for a strong school, so we've built this
association to serve the Amigos as well as VVS and its students.
Currently,
the Council sponsors many events at the annual Reunion Weekend. Amigos
members plan and work the financially profitable silent auction, the
popular gourmet dinner, the fun-stakes golf tournament and selection of
the prestigious Warren Awards. Opportunities abound to generate support
by working with class agents or by initiating other worthwhile
projects.
The
Amigos are counting on you to join in with your input and ideas,
